**Salary**: $65,400
- $80,000 per year + super

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-quality venue
- Relevant hospitality qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
- Experience working to systems, procedures, and service targets
- Understanding and adherence to RSA legislation
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Immediate start preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support a high-performing section team
- Roster staff according to budget guidelines
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Assist in organising functions and special events
- Conduct stocktakes and place appropriate orders for wine and restaurant supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Manage hosting and reservations as required
