Casual Restaurant Quality Auditor (Byron Bay)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our causal field team as a **Restaurant Quality Auditor**. In this multifaceted role, you will have the prospect to conduct restaurant audits, capturing valuable data, identifying development areas and providing feedback. This **casual job** offers **flexibility**, making it an ideal fit for students, return to work parents or those looking to earn extra income.

**What is involved in the role?**

The role entails 2.5 hours (approx) OH&S; and Food Safety reviews of restaurants each month. This is a regular and ongoing casual role.

**The visit includes**:

- Documentation checks.
- Temperature checks.
- Overall cleanliness checks.
- Store signage checks.
- Brand displays/visual merchandising.
- Detailed reporting of what was sighted with photo examples.

**Training**
- 2x paid in store training sessions with an experienced auditor.
- State team leader support.
- Ongoing office support.

**Requirements**:

- Must have an iPad/tablet or large phone (reporting takes place in store).
- Auditing/food safety and food handling experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to commit to the monthly restaurant visit. The monthly visit is to be completed between 2-5pm Monday to Thursday only.
