Shemana is a Byron Bay-based skincare brand manufacturing small-batch, plant-based products. We’re a small, passionate team committed to quality, integrity, and attention to detail in everything we do.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, driven team member to join our production team on a part-time basis. The role involves bottling, capping, labelling, and packing our products with care and consistency. You’ll also assist with general production duties, stock rotation and basic inventory tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Solid work ethic, loyalty, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and within a small team.

Positive, proactive attitude.

Background in hospitality, production, or warehouse environments will be highly regarded.

Basic computer skills, particularly inventory software, are a bonus, but not essential.

Details

Part-time position based in Byron Bay.

Applicants must have Australian residency.

Local applicants strongly preferred.
