**Part-Time Accounts Administrator**
**Location**: Byron Bay, NSW (Flexible Working Arrangements)**Hourly Rate**: $30-$38 per hour (based on experience)

Byron Bay Ranga are a professional high end Landscape and Garden Maintenance company. We are a trusted supplier to many of the most exclusive residential and commercial properties in the Northern Rivers.
We are seeking a **Part-Time Accounts Administrator** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working across accounts and general administration functions, and values flexibility in their schedule.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Accounts Administration**
- Chasing overdue invoices and ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Uploading and categorizing supplier bills into Hubdoc for bookkeepers to process.
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
**General Administration**
- Updating employee records with compliance documentation.
- Supporting recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding paperwork.
- Tracking employee leave and coordinating workplace compliance training.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience** in accounts receivable/payable and HR administration.
- **Proficiency** in cloud-based tools such as Hubdoc, Xero, or similar systems.
- **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to follow up professionally on invoices and resolve queries.
- **Attention to detail** and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Australian HR and accounting compliance is a bonus.
