**As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing guidance to customers on how to maximize savings from solar and battery usage
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their solar installations
- Coordinating maintenance efforts and updating customers accordingly
- Improving our knowledge base to ensure continuous enhancement
- Collaborating with our outstanding Sales team by keeping them informed about customer issues

This position reports to the Customer Service Team Manager.

**You must have**: ***Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
- could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar

***Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office

**Bonus points**: ***Salesforce CRM experience

***Currently studying something aligned to Energy, Electronics or IT

***A bit of a nerd when it comes to anything IT related
