Salary: $65,400
- $80,000 per year + super

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-quality venue

Relevant hospitality qualifications

Solid knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service

Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills

Experience working to systems, procedures, and service targets

Understanding and adherence to RSA legislation

Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage priorities effectively

Full Australian working rights

Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Immediate start preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a high-performing section team

Roster staff according to budget guidelines

Train and mentor junior team members

Assist in organising functions and special events

Conduct stocktakes and place appropriate orders for wine and restaurant supplies

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Manage hosting and reservations as required
