Experienced Property Manager Byron Bay

To support our ongoing growth, we have an exciting prospect for an experienced property manager to join our team! This is a senior role within our long-term rental team where your extensive property management knowledge will be highly regarded. We offer an attractive remuneration package for the right applicant.

Role requirements;

Manage a residential property portfolio with other team members

Manage team members responsible for leasing and maintenance

Liaising with owners, tenants and other partners

Lease renewals, arrears and outgoing inspections

Occasional NCAT management

High level of customer service, communication, and time management skills

Willingness to act as Team Leader

Minimum 2 years Real Estate Experience

Hold a current Real Estate License Class 2 or Class 1

Current Australian driver’s license
