Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sushi station
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a sushi chef or sushi cook (essential)
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Ability to work flexible casual hours, including weekends
