Creating amazing pastry with the best of produce

Role modelling proper workplace health and safety procedures.

Providing a warm and engaging service experience

Qualifications

Technical talents that would make any MasterChef judge weak at the knees.

Demonstrated experience in a contemporary dining setting.

Sound knowledge of WH&S; legislation and Health regulations.

Super cool nature under pressure.

High attention to detail.

Ability to work across a 7-day roster.
