Domestic Cleaner (Aged Care) (Caboolture)

We are looking for a keen individual to join our ever-expanding company. Immediate start with training supplied. Areas of service include, Caboolture through to Bribie Island, Sandstone Point and surrounding suburbs. As a Domestic Cleaner (Aged Care) at McKenzie Clean Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment for the aged still living in their own homes in Indooroopilly and surrounding areas. This is a casual role, offering you the flexibility to work around your other commitments. Approx 15h per week, with the potential for growth. A reliable work vehicle is essential. We are looking for a long term commitment for our aged clients. What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly clean private homes including bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas to the highest standards
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to keep the home clean and well-maintained
- Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control protocols to protect the wellbeing of our clients
- Provide a friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to our clients What we're looking for
- Experience preferred but not essential. Training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- A caring, empathetic, and patient approach when interacting with our elderly residents
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies correctly
