We’re currently seeking a motivated chef to join the kitchen team in a role suited to someone between Commis Chef and Chef de Partie level. About the role:

Full‑time position

Hands‑on role working across prep and service

Opportunity to learn and grow within a high‑volume kitchen

Work with a supportive Head Chef and established brigade

Exposure to a broad pub‑style menu and quick‑paced service periods

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment

A chef who is eager to learn and continue developing their skills

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services

Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented approach

Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
