About This Chance

Our Pumicestone Road store in Caboolture is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and assist leading the store's bakery department.

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Responsibilities and Expectations

Fresh food retail knowledge

Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential

Ability to lead and manage a team

Ability to order and control costs

An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations

Accurate team rostering

Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Unparalleled commitment to customer service

Excellent communication skills

Ability to liaise with both team members and management

A flair for merchandising

Strong leadership and delegation skills

Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams

Commitment to work health and safety standard
