- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality practices
- Foster a love of learning through child-led enquiry and meaningful community connections
- Build strong partnerships with families and local schools
- Design, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs tailored to each child’s individual strengths and interests
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding the National Quality Standards (NQS) About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Teacher Registration (if applicable)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid certification including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
