Gardener (Banksia Beach)

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Gardener to join our gardening team at Evermore Clean and Care. This position offers the opportunity to work with NDIS and aged care clients in the community, maintaining their gardens and lawns and doing occasional odd jobs.

**What you'll be doing**
- Performing general gardening duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding. Caring for a variety of plants, shrubs, hedges and trees to ensure their health and appearance
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Gardener or a similar landscaping role
- Some knowledge of plants, their care, and seasonal requirements
- Proficiency in the use of gardening tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform physical work
- A friendly, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- $41.20 per hour

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
