Sunnymeade Park is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for various shifts. New registered nursing graduates welcome. We are currently searching for enthusiastic Registered Nurses, who are committed in assisting us to deliver excellent care inour modern 150+ high and low care bed Aged Care Community. We require professionals with an illustrated ability to leadwhile delivering clinical support to the DON, Clinical Coordinator and the rest of the care team. You will be working closelywith the other RN's which will involve the planning, implementation and monitoring of the clinical care needs of the residentsas well as providing support and guidance to the other care staff. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leadercommitted to the development and growth of our community. - A working knowledge on ACFI and current aged care legislation an advantage but not essential.
- Clinical Assessment skills
- Passion and commitment to working with the elderly
- Be results orientated and have the ability to operate autonomously
- Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OHS and risk management
- Current AHPRA RN registration
- Competency with common software applications, for example, MS Office Suite, Word / Excel / Outlook
- Ability to provide strong leadership skills
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Current police Check
- Hold Australian permanent resident status
