- Exciting and rapid-growing industry About the Role As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving showroom sales performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include
- Delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry through to delivery
- Managing the complete sales process and achieving sales targets
- Representing the brand at trade shows and industry events across Australia
- Assisting in the presentation and maintenance of showroom displays
- Managing phone, online, and walk-in sales enquiries
- Building strong customer relationships and providing after-sales support
- Supporting and mentoring junior sales team members where required
- Working collaboratively with management to maximise sales opportunities
- Assisting with additional operational duties as required About Your Experience
- Proven sales experience with strong closing ability
- Previous experience in the RV, camping, automotive, marine, or lifestyle industries highly regarded
- Experience working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment About You You are:
- Motivated, energetic, and results-driven
- Professional with a strong work ethic
- Confident in building rapport with a wide range of customers
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Organised and capable of managing multiple enquiries
- Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive
- Competent with Microsoft Office and smart devices Additional Requirements
- Availability to work every Saturday
- Availability for occasional Sunday work and weekend travel for trade events and shows
- Current Driver’s Licence
