About the role Superheroes Early Learning is seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers and Qualified Diploma, and Assistant Educators, to join our vibrant and supportive team in Caboolture, Queensland. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced early childhood professionals to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children. What you'll be doing Planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning programs that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development Fostering a nurturing, inclusive and enriching environment that supports the wellbeing and learning of all children Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform curriculum planning Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community Collaborating with the teaching team to implement centre policies and procedures Maintaining a safe and compliant early learning environment What we're looking for An approved Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families Genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training certificates Valid Working with Children Check What we offer At Superheroes Early Learning, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment for our employees.
