We’re currently seeking a motivated chef to join the kitchen team in a role suited to someone between Commis Chef and Chef de Partie level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing chef who is ready to step up, take on more responsibility and continue building their career in a quick‑paced pub kitchen environment.

About the role:

Full‑time position

Hands‑on role working across prep and service

Opportunity to learn and grow within a high‑volume kitchen

Work with a supportive Head Chef and established brigade

Exposure to a broad pub‑style menu and fast‑paced service periods

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting

A chef who is eager to learn and continue developing their skills

Robust work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services

Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented approach

Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
