Recycling Yard Worker Caboolture

Our company is now seeking a Recycling Yard Worker at our Caboolture yard. The Worker is responsible for the secure operation of heavy equipment at our facility for the purpose of recovering materials in an effective and protected manner. Responsibilities
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the equipment in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment, under the guidance of the Operations Manager, that may include excavator, front‑end loader and other equipment using proper safety standards.
- Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimise down time; clean tracks or wheels on equipment, clean trucks as needed.
- Inform and assist drivers of the proper placement for incoming loads to ensure the yard is neat and organised.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials as per company procedures.
- Have own transport; our yard is not on a public transport route.
