Enrolled Nurse (Caboolture)

We are seeking a confident and clinically competent Enrolled Nurse to provide wound care for a single community-based client. This role currently involves short, consistent visits, with hours expected to increase as referrals continue to grow. (We will consider a adequatkly trained SW or RN) About the Role
- Provide wound assessment, dressing changes, and ongoing monitoring
- Follow clinical care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Work independently with strong qualified boundaries
- Deliver care that is trauma‑informed, respectful, and person‑centred What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)
- Demonstrated experience in wound care (acute, chronic, or community)
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work autonomously
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality care
- Current CPR, police check, and relevant vaccinations
- ABN preferred but not essential (depending on employment arrangement) What We Offer
