- Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinate their assignments
- Provide support to the Sous Chef for dinner services, degustation, food preparation and service
- Observe and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of food
- Apply knowledge of various cooking techniques More about you
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen
- Creativity and passion for food with a commitment to exceptional service
