Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Centre Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role involves handling customer bookings, customer inquiries, managing complaints, and providing exceptional service through our integrated booking and dispatch communication systems.

Qualifications & experience

Previous Call Centre experience preferable. Training will be provided. Excellent communication and data entry skills necessary.

Candidates must demonstrate typing accuracy of 40 words per minute for data entry requirements.

Candidates must have Australian work rights.

Tasks & responsibilities

Excellent communication and data entry skills.

Polite and courteous manner on the phone.

Customer service oriented.

A positive team member.

Available to work on a Rotating Roster. This includes Days, Afternoons and Night Shifts. Available to work weekends and Public Holidays including Christmas.

Punctual.

Candidates must be available to work all shift types including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
