Rental Operations Agent / Customer Service Representative …, Cairns Regional

About the Role As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business. The role includes interacting with customers on the counter, marketing products and services, completing rental bookings, inspecting vehicles for damages, and assisting with vehicle cleaning in the wash bay. What You'll Do
- Interact with customers face-to-face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
- Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals. What We're Looking For
- Full and valid driver’s licence.
- Availability of 3–4 days per week for this casual position.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles.
- Ability to work in a quick‑paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
- Comfortable with using computer systems to input rental information accurately. Benefits
