**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are maintained.
- Manage and optimise workflow to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of dedicated baristas and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage budgets and financial goals, working to maximise profitability.
- Monitor inventory and control costs without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Venue Manager in a cafe or similar setting.
- Extensive knowledge and passion for specialty coffee.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
