Creswick Woollen Mills is the Australian leader of natural fibre clothing, homewares Australian made beds and accessories. We boast a 75 year history and have a strong store presence across Victoria and online.
We are now recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager for our inner city flagship Store in the heart of Camberwell.
what are we looking for in the person?
- A sales and customer service skilled
- Success in selling high end apparel and / homewares.
- Proven success contributing to and/or managing store KPI's.
- Highly organised and strong ability to carry out administrative duties, ability to follow direction
- Enjoy building community engagement, growing and nurturing loyalty customers
- Execute instore promotional events

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- point of sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
