As a Host/Supervisor at MOB Camberwell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and overseeing the overall flow of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Ensure a smooth and timely service by coordinating with kitchen and waitstaff.
Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff.
Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills.
A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
