**About the role**: Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead the diverse Talent Attraction team, owning talent marketing and employer brand execution, recruitment platforms oversight, vendors relationships and inclusive hiring. As a member of the TA leadership team, you will also lead and develop a high-performing team and influence across the organsiation..
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the execution of the Talent Attraction strategy across the enterprise, enabling us to attract talent for everything from our in-store team members to senior corporate leaders.
- Showcasing the employer branding across digital channels, campaigns, content and EVP activation.
- Partnering across P&C; and key stakeholders to deliver engaging, inclusive and future-ready attraction solutions.
- Owning and optimising our market leading recruitment technology ecosystem (particularly SAP Success Factors and Phenom) to drive efficienct andquality ways of working, as well asprovide insights to enable informed decision making.
- Collaborating with the TA leadership team and our technology teams to prioritise and oversee TA technology programs, enhancements and deliverables.
- Leading vendor and agency partnerships, including performance management, commercials and innovation.
- Parting with the TA leadership team and business stakeholders to solution for complex hiring challengesand critical workforce needs.
- Partnering with the Culture & Inclusion team to drive inclusive hiring practices and delivering on our Diversity & Inclusion priorities.
**: **About you**: To be successful in this role, you’ll be a strategic, commercially minded and programmatic leader who thrives in high energy environments, loves solving problems and is comfortable with technology and AI.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstratable understanding of ATS / CRM technology and recruitment platforms (experience with Phenom would be a bonus)
- Strong stakeholder management capability, with a track record of partnering across IT, and P&C.;
- Solid understanding of employer branding, digital attraction channels and campaign delivery.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and ways of working.
