**About Us**: ACLE Services Pty Ltd is a leading turnkey solution provider specializing in the deployment of utility-scale PV solar and battery energy storage systems across Australia. **Primary Objective**
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and oversee the design, engineering, construction, and commissioning of utility large scale of solar and BESS systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of project reports, proposals, and presentations. In this role, you will report directly to the Principal Engineer, providing strategic leadership and technical guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Undertake a leadership role in project implementation, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to guarantee precision, quality, and adherence to schedules.
- Drive business development initiatives, actively engaging with clients and stakeholders to fortify our position as industry leaders.
- Oversee the development and scrutiny of energy production simulation models, project schedules, cost estimations, and supplier quotes.
- Determine, implement, and monitor engineering strategies, policies, and plans.
- Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications, providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements.
- Establish project schedules and budgets, ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, and with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ensure engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performance are observed.
- Oversee maintenance requirements to optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with marketing, research, and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design.
- Contribute to research and development projects.
- Spearhead the engineering team in crafting precise cost estimations for EPC tenders and provide comprehensive review on the functional scope and principal project requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with operations team members on project execution and process development, optimizing project procurement, construction management, and project controls.
- Provide insightful recommendations for continuous enhancements in project designs, plans, processes, and product development, driving innovation and efficiency.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree
- Over 2 years of progressive experience as an engineer in the C&I; or Utility solar industry.
- Proven track record of managing projects from initial design to installation and execution, with a preference for active involvement in permitting processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with outstanding organizational skills.
- Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve strategically when required.
**Desirable**
- Solar experience is an advantage but not essential.

- Advanced proficiency in computer technology and systems.
- Outstanding leadership and management skills.

Pay: $90,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
