Customer Connect Officer Support the delivery of vital Council services **Multiple positions available**: limited tenure fixed term, casual, ongoing Salary $76,517.83 per annum (Full time equivalent) (plus super and RDO) Boroondara is changing We are in the midst of implementing a major business transformation. This change is crucial to delivering on our commitment to become a truly customer centric organisation. Through technology, innovation, collaboration and leadership, we are realigning how we work together to enhance the customer experience. A little bit about the role Reporting to the Team Leader
- Customer Connect you will play an integral part in our transformation journey providing high quality services and support for our community. Whilst you will work across a minimum of 2 channels your primary focus will be phone based so we are looking for people who are strong communicators who enjoy helping people and solving problems in a contemporary contact centre workplace.
