You will be joining a team of 3 other receptionists who are lovely. Between the 4 of you, you will look after the 1000+ customers we service across 5 locations. So it is fast paced and fun. We look forward to having you on the team!

Your Goal as Receptionist:

- Ensure a wonderful experience for our clients including customer service & quality of results.
- Be a friend to our clients and help them
- Be a model of efficiency and organisation

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answering the phone
- Answering client social media messages
- Assisting on promotional actions such as posting on our Facebook groups, etc
- Doing follow up phone calls and messages
- Managing the calendar for maximum productivity
- Helping clients that didn't love their results by booking them in for complimentary fix ups
- Ensuring customer waiver forms are filled out
- Other administrative functions

Availability required:

- Available to work until 7:30pm in the evenings
- Available to work Saturdays is essential

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Genuinely likes people
- Proficiency in written & spoken English
- Positive IT skills

Bonus Qualifications
- Has worked in the beauty industry before
- Even better, has worked with brows and lashes

Pay: $27.00
- $35.00 per hour
