**Role Overview**: As a Customer Service Representative at Oshea Plumbing, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians according to customer needs and availability
- Provide accurate information about our services and availability
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the company
