Junior Property Manager Position (Mandarin Speaking) …, Camberwell

**The Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete tasks assigned by senior property manager
- Conduct open for inspections
- Conduct routine inspections & reports
- Complete lease and other documentation
- Liase with landlords and contractors
- General office administration duties

**Skills & Experience**
- Some related experience preferred
- Chinese / Mandarin speaking
- Must
- Strong communication skills
- Real Estate Rep Certificate (registration essential)
- Driver license and a reliable vehicle
- Can do attitude & follow orders assigned
- Astralian Working Rights
- Essential
