Falcone Salon, a leading hair and beauty salon in Camberwell, Victoria, is seeking a talented and experienced Qualified Hairdresser and Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role, you will be a key member of our established salon, contributing to our continued success and growth.

Key responsibilities Providing exceptional haircutting, colouring, styling and other hair services to our diverse range of clientele Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the salon, including greeting clients, booking appointments, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually develop your skills and knowledge Adhering to all health, safety and salon policies and procedures to ensure a safe and qualified work environment Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our loyal client base

What we're looking for Formal qualification in hairdressing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a salon workplace Excellent technical skills in haircutting, colouring, styling and other hair services Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised and memorable client experience Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including a four day working week and no Sunday's. A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude with a passion for the hair and beauty industry
