Executive Personal Concierge (EPC) has supported Melbourne individuals and families for over 10 years. We provide personalised services that simplify daily life and allow clients to focus on what matters most.

We are seeking a proactive and flexible Personal Concierge to join our team on a casual basis.

In this role you will:

- Assist clients with shopping, errands, appointment bookings and travel arrangements
- Coordinate home services, tradespeople and deliveries
- Provide light household organisation or oversight
- Offer companionship and lifestyle support, especially for senior clients
- Support clients with transport to appointments or outings

You’ll bring:

- A proactive, flexible and reliable self-starter attitude
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Full Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (must-have)
- Personal care qualifications and experience (highly regarded)
- Current Police or NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 vaccination as required for client visits
- First Aid and CPR (desirable)
