Product Owner - Corporate Systems (Camberwell)

Job Description Based in our Camberwell Support Office and reporting to the Product Manager – Corporate Systems, this role is all about maximising the value of our enterprise platforms – from ERP and CRM to HR, Finance and beyond. As our Applications Product Owner – Corporate Systems , you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with teams across Finance, HR and Operations to turn ideas into outcomes and strategy into smart, scalable solutions. - Own and prioritise the product backlog across corporate systems and internal platforms.
- Translate vision and roadmaps into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Finance, HR, Operations and other stakeholders to understand processes and system needs.
- Drive enhancements and optimisation across ERP, CRM, workflow, reporting and integrations.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes – efficiency, compliance, reliability and great user experiences.
- Analyse processes, anticipate future needs and help shape practical, scalable solutions. Desired Skills and Experience You’re a confident Product Owner who enjoys working across teams and technologies. You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise platforms.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Information Systems or a related field (desirable).
- Product Owner or Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO or similar – a bonus).
- A solid understanding of APIs and system integration principles.
- Experience in a Retail or Franchise environment.
