Medical Receptionist (Camberwell)

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist based in our Caufield clinic but rotating across the clinic in the area. This is a Permanent Part-time position, working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 6am
- 8:30pm. Afterhours and weekend shifts may also be available.

**What will you be doing?**
- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
- Previous medical receptionist experience(highly desirable but not essential)
- Flexibility with availability
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
