About the role:
- Maintain and exceed consistent KPI’s.
- Manage orders post-sale including supplier follow up, customer service, order fulfilment and delivery
- Build strong supplier, customer, and stakeholder relationships
- Develop an extensive understanding of product sourcing and pricing.
- Flexibility with rosters is a must as we work across 7 days from 6am to 9pm AEST including Public Holidays.
You’ll need:
- Call/Contact Centre experience is preferred but not required.
- A passion for customer service and a friendly and helpful manner
- Attention to detail and care for follow up
- The ability to operate in a fast paced, growing environment
- Time and priority management skills, ability to work to deadlines
- Confident in the use of PCs, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed.
