Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Oshea Plumbing, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians according to customer needs and availability

Provide accurate information about our services and availability

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the company

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software
