We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Dispatch Representative. This position plays a crucial role in our operations, acting as the first point of contact for our customers and coordinating service requests with our team of technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and service calls efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with field technicians to dispatch them to service locations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, striving to achieve a positive outcome.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or dispatch role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
