Marketing Lead (Camberwell)

ReelWork is changing how people get hired.

Now we need someone to take control of how we tell that story and turn that growth into something big.

The Role

You will own marketing at ReelWork.

Messaging, content, socials, growth ideas, helping sales close, helping venues onboard.

This is not a slow, corporate marketing role. This is hands on, fast, and creative.

If something is a good idea, we do it today.

Salary is $75k to $95k to start, with quick growth opportunities. If you perform, this role will scale with you.

You’ll also have support from a marketing assistant to help execute and scale what’s working.

What You’ll Do
- Own and sharpen our messaging across everything
- Run and grow Instagram, TikTok and other channels
- Film, edit and post content consistently
- Come up with ideas that get attention and drive signups
- Help venues promote their ReelWork link and build pipelines
- Work with sales to improve positioning and conversion
- Lead and direct the marketing assistant to execute at speed
- Test fast, double down on what works, cut what doesn’t

What We’re Looking For
- Creative thinker with strong instincts
- Fast executor who gets things live quickly
- Comfortable filming, editing and being hands on
- Understands social content that actually performs
- High energy, proactive, takes ownership
- Can lead and guide a junior team member
- Doesn’t need layers of approval to get moving
- Bonus if you’ve worked in startups, hospitality or marketplaces
