Salary: $76,515.00
- $85,000.00 per annum plus superannuation Job Details: Full time, 38 hours per week Location: 693 Burke Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic office plans, setting priorities and service standards to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Effectively allocate human resources, space, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Assign work to staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work setting.
- Manage office records, accounts, and financial transactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with professionals and external stakeholders to coordinate office business, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
- Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and oversee facility upkeep to maintain a safe and functional workspace.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, government legislation, and company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision to attract and retain top talent.
- Demonstrate robust organizational, time management, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office software.
- Be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, with a solid attention to detail and accuracy. Essential Skills:
- Solid communication skills;
