About The Role Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast‑paced clinic located at Hawthorn in a part‑time capacity. Please note, this position is 4 days per week at our Hawthorn clinic, for a 12‑month contract. Responsibilities
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, qualified and confidential manner
- Front‑of‑house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a robust customer service background. You Will Have
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
