Green Camel is one of Australia’s largest organic growing facilities, specializing in tomatoes and baby cucumbers. We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Logistics Assistant** to join our dedicated team at our Cobbitty facility. **This role is available for an immediate start.**

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Packhouse Manager, the Logistics Assistant will play a crucial role in the packing and dispatching of our premium-quality products. You will be part of a collaborative, multicultural team that values teamwork, efficiency, and a positive working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately pack and label customer orders for timely dispatch.
- Operate a forklift to manage stock, wrap pallets, and transport orders to cold storage.
- Label pallets, trays, and punnets.
- Wrap pallets and load/unload trucks.
- Complete dispatch documentation with precision.
- Assist in sorting and packing products to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Packhouse and Dispatch areas.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of English with clear handwriting.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable transport (public transport is not available to this location).
- Punctuality and robust time management skills.
- Current forklift license or willing to obtain
- Commitment to following company policies, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.

**Working Conditions**
- Immediate start available.
- Casual position with potential for permanent employment for the right individual.
- Approx. 20-30hrs per week
- Seasonal
- Starting time: 05:00am
- Work in a large indoor packing facility.
- Repetitive, low-impact hand and arm movements.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday shifts.
- Must be willing and able to assist in various areas of the business as needed.
