Customer Service Delivery Driver (Spring Farm)

We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver with J.CO Logistics you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of customer orders from our stores to their homes. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive work environment and offer flexible working patterns to our drivers. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards our service partner requires.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery**: Safely transport and deliver a variety of goods to customers’ homes in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any delivery issues.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure that delivery vehicles are kept clean, maintained, and in good working order. Report any vehicle issues to the management team.
- **Route Adherence**: Plan and follow the route to ensure timely deliveries, using navigation tools consistently.
- **Order Handling**: Accurately load and unload goods, verify delivery contents against orders, and handle items with care to prevent damage.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while on duty. **Punctuality is a robust focus.**

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Driver’s License**: Possess a Full Australians Drivers license.
- **Local Residency**: Must be a resident of the Camden/Macarthur region.
- **Clean Criminal Record**: Must have a clear criminal background check.
- **Clean Driving Record**: Demonstrated history of safe driving with no consistent driving offences.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in delivery driving or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple deliveries, and solve problems efficiently, with a strong emphasis on punctuality.
- **Physical Fitness**: Capable of lifting and carrying packages of varying sizes and weights.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with navigation systems and basic technology used in delivery operations.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.73
- $55.62 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
