Property Maintenance (Werombi)

A private property located at Werombi are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join their small team to oversee all aspects of maintenance of their property. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily maintenance, including but not limited to below.
- Mow lawns, trim edges and care for turfed areas to a high standard
- Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning and watering
- Weed spraying
- Able to drive bobcat and other machines
- Prepare soil, mulch and plant beds
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Rubbish removal
- General repairs
- External cleaning/pressure cleaning
- Small building projects
- Maintain supplies
- Work outdoors in all types of conditions
- Adhoc tasks as required The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
- Previous landscape, gardening, building industry experience
- Able to drive bobcat and other machines
- Current NSW drivers licence
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Enthusiastic approach
- Attention to detail
