Talent and Acquisition Coordinator (Grasmere)

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent and Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a full-time basis. The key to success within this position is the ability to be proactive, self-driven and competent in managing time effectively paired with the ability to be adaptive and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.

**About the role**: **About you**:

- Previous in-house experience in recruitment and branding with a s trong knowledge of recruitment principles, applicable legislation, techniques, and best practices
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or appropriate previous experience (desirable)
- Experience in recruitment HRIS software and Recruitment related activity reporting
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy, challenging environment
- Proven evidence of building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive Management
- Caring and compassionate attitude as well as displaying initiative, integrity and a strong work ethicEmployment in this position is contingent on a national criminal check clearance specific to vulnerable persons.
