Design Draftsperson (Elderslie)

We are seeking a Draftsperson to join our team in Elderslie, NSW.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key responsibilities:

- Must have 2+ years of Revit experience in residential buildings.
- Able to modify and create Revit Families and understand project templates.
- The ability to find, read and understand Council Development Control Plans, Local Environment Plans, 10.7 Certificates, Developer guidelines, and State Environment Planning Policies.
- Completed Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Building Design at TAFE or similar educational studies.
- Must be passionate about drafting, building, and doing hands-on work.
- Must be able to navigate through National Construction Codes and Australian standards and assist team members with solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to learn new skills.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Able to work equally well autonomously and within teams.
- Ability to assist the construction team on site as a labourer or delivery of goods.
- Assist clients with their colour sections and may be required to meet with suppliers.
- NSW Planning Portal and BASIX.
- WorkSafe procedures.
- Administration works.

**Salary**: $27.94
- $40.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15
- 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
