School Bus Driver Permanent And/or Casual Cobbitty

It is located in Cobbitty on over 85 magnificent acres, 50 minutes from the CBDs of Sydney and Wollongong. Due to the ongoing expansion of the School there is an increasing demand for both permanent and casual bus drivers to join the Transport Team.

A Working With Children Check clearance;

A current light or medium rigid class licence or the willingness to obtain one;

A positive driving record as shown on a current RMS Printout; and,

A current first aid certificate or the willingness to obtain one.

Tasks and responsibilities for the role are to:

Ensure the safety of students and other passengers as they board, travel on and leave the bus;

Ensure strict adherence to road rules, particularly in reference to speeding and phone use;

Drive in a courteous, responsible manner; and,

Conduct themselves with the utmost propriety and professionalism at all times, bearing in mind the standards of the School including dress and language.

Hours:

Term times only.

2.5 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon with split shift allowance applied for Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Full day Tuesday and Wednesday

The School holds the right to make appointments at any time.
