**The Opportunity**
As the People and Culture Advisor, you will provide comprehensive operational human resources advice and support across all areas of the employee life cycle. Working as part of our collaborative, adaptable & experienced team, you'll enjoy being onsite with the staff you support at our 400-acre site in semi-rural Grasmere.
- Responsibilities: _
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations and workplace issues
- Partner with leaders to proactively manage performance, conduct and team engagement
- Provide explicit, practical advice and coaching on policies, enterprise agreements, legislation and procedurally fair, compliant practices
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters
- Contribute to and lead People & Culture projects (e.g. engagement, remuneration, capability frameworks)
- Collaborate with Talent, WHS and Learning teams to deliver integrated people solutionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and the development of best practice HR processes
**About You**
- Strong industrial relations expertise, including EA interpretation and employment legislation
- Proven experience managing complex ER cases matters end-to-end, including investigations and procedural fairness
- Ability to coach, influence and partner with leaders on people mattersStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
**You will also bring**:
- Exposure to organisational change, workforce challenges or transformation
- Sound judgement, attention to detail and high-quality documentation skills
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including ExcelNDIS Worker Check clearance (or willingness to obtain)
