In 1998, we opened our first store in Granville, Sydney. 27 years on, our flavoursome menu has been tried, tested and perfected.

Opportunities are available to join our awesome Front of House and Back of House team. We are looking for a combination of enthusiastic, passionate individuals, hungry to deliver exceptional services, because who doesn’t love a positive combo. Key EJ responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service, every time.
Take ravenous customer orders through our POS system.
Pack and handover hot orders to customers and delivery drivers to help satisfy cravings for our famous garlic sauce.
Put the sizzle in by tending to the chip and chicken fryers.
Cook up our legendary charcoal chicken.
Portion the juiciest charcoal chicken for order.
Assemble our mouth-watering burgers and rolls.
Man the grill to cook up our delicious menu options.
Prepare our fresh, authentic salads.
Help with dishwashing.
Making sure our restaurant keeps its high level of safety and hygiene standards.
Maintaining a clean work area.
Be a team player to support a smooth customer flow.
Ideal skills and experience
Previous experience in the fast-food industry, but not essential. Just bring a keen attitude!
Working to a high level of energy and efficiency, we love a positive vibe.
Keen interest to learn on the go, even adapt any recent skill set.
Kindness is key, be courteous and customer focused.
